Our logistic: fast, inexpensive, worldwide and as individual as our customers and solutions

UPS - TNT - FEDEX - freight forwarding - direct shipping - airplane charter - personal pickup or delivery - we make everything possible so that you have a successful and on-time event.

Shipping costs: The shipping costs listed in the store refer to a standard or express run at our in-house rate with major service providers such as UPS and TNT.

We will also be happy to provide you with a daily quote on shipping costs or at your desired transit time. We pass on our shipping costs 1-1 to you and do not earn a cent here. Forwarding agency is usually cheaper but slower than UPS, a direct drive or chartering a transport plane is usually a bit expensive.

Here are non-binding transit times for standard shipping

Germany: 24-72h
Europe: 24-96h
Worldwide: from 5 days (incl. 3 days lead time for customs clearance)

ReBeam Shipping - Sustainable and safe

Sustainability also in packaging and transport: We recycle packaging material where possible, if it is not possible we work with recycled or renewable raw materials. Our in-house tariffs with our logistics partners are CO2 neutral or CO2 compensated.

Shock indicators

All shipments by parcel are equipped with a shock indicator, please check it and document it with photos if necessary. All shipments by pallet are equipped with 2 shock indicators. One on the outside of the shipment, one on the inside of the projector.

Insurance

Should anything go wrong with a service provider, all outgoing shipments are fully insured for transport.

Tips and information

If your shipment has a red bump indicator, be sure to have this acknowledged by the logistician and document this (photos of shipment and logistician).
