NEC PH1400U-Refurbished

The NEC PH1400U is a professional 3-chip DLP installation projector delivering 13,500 ANSI lumens with native WUXGA resolution (1920 x 1200). Its dual-lamp system uses two 465 W AC lamps, combining high light output with redundancy for demanding professional installations. Interchangeable lenses, motorised lens shift, Lens Memory, geometric correction, Edge Blending and stacking provide extensive flexibility for complex projection systems. The projector is supplied Body Only without a lens.

3-chip DLP technology and WUXGA resolution

The 3-chip DLP architecture processes the three primary colours separately and is designed for high image quality and reliable professional operation. With a native resolution of 1920 x 1200 pixels in a 16:10 aspect ratio, the PH1400U provides detailed WUXGA image reproduction. Dual-lamp system for high availability

The PH1400U uses two 465 W AC lamps as its light source. The dual-lamp architecture supports operation with both lamps as well as single-lamp and Eco operating modes. Specified lamp life is up to 2500 hours or up to 3000 hours in Eco Mode. The two-lamp configuration also provides redundancy for installation-critical applications.

Flexible interchangeable lenses and precise image positioning

The NEC PH1400U is supplied Body Only and is designed for use with optional bayonet interchangeable lenses. Available optics cover throw ratios from 0.67:1 to 6.96:1, with the NP32ZL providing an additional 0.90-1.10:1 range. Motorised zoom and focus, horizontal and vertical lens shift and Lens Memory simplify precise setup and reproducible image positioning. Projection distance is approximately calculated as image width x throw ratio.

Geometric correction, Edge Blending and stacking

For complex installations, the PH1400U provides geometric correction, Edge Blending and stacking functions. These tools allow projected images to be adapted to different surfaces and multiple projectors to be combined into larger projection systems. An integrated stacking/rigging frame supports mechanical integration into professional installation and event systems.

Connectivity and system integration

Signal connectivity includes HDMI, DisplayPort, DVI, analogue RGB connections and an expansion slot for optional STv2 or HD/SD-SDI modules. RS-232 and network interfaces provide external control. PJLink, Crestron RoomView, AMX Beacon and NaViSet Administrator 2 support integration into professional control and device-management environments.
