Christie 4K1400-KS-Demoware

The Christie 4K1400-KS is a 1DLP laser projector with 12000 ANSI lumens, 4K UHD+ output (3,840 x 2,400), and an interchangeable lens system, based on 0.8" HEP DMD technology, designed for high-brightness installations with flexible optics and continuous operation.

Imaging Technology and 4K UHD+ Output

The projector uses a 1DLP architecture with a 0.8" HEP DMD and delivers 4K UHD+ output at 3,840 x 2,400 pixels in a 16:10 aspect ratio. Native WUXGA resolution is also supported.

Brightness and Laser Light Source

With 12000 ANSI lumens and 14,250 ISO lumens, the 4K1400-KS delivers the highest brightness in the Korus Series. The laser phosphor light source provides up to 20,000 hours to 50% brightness and up to 50,000 hours in ECO mode.

Interchangeable Lens System and Throw Ratio

The projector supports interchangeable lenses ranging from 0.34-0.37:1 to 4.80-8.64:1, covering ultra-short throw to ultra-tele applications. Motorized zoom, focus, and lens shift with memory enable flexible and repeatable installation setups. The projection distance is approximately calculated as image width x throw ratio.

Contrast and Image Processing

Native contrast is 1,500:1 with up to 25,000:1 dynamic contrast and up to 4,000,000:1 with Christie RealBlack™ enabled.

Installation Features and System Integration

The projector supports omnidirectional operation and includes Christie Twist™ for warping and blending, with optional Mystique™ and Intelligent Camera integration for automated alignment.

Connectivity and Signal Processing

Connectivity includes HDMI 2.0b, DisplayPort 1.2a, 12G-SDI, and HDBaseT 3.0. The projector supports high-resolution signals up to 4K and a wide range of 3D formats, with integration into control systems via Crestron, PJLink, and AMX.
