The Barco G62-W14 is a professional single-chip DLP laser projector delivering 11,500 ANSI lumens (13,600 ISO lumens) with a native WUXGA resolution of 1920 x 1200. The projection platform combines a long-life laser phosphor light source with a sealed DLP optical engine, comprehensive installation features and a flexible interchangeable lens platform. Supplied as Body Only without a projection lens, the projector is designed for professional fixed installations where high brightness, flexible integration and reliable long-term operation are essential. Thanks to 4K-compatible signal processing, active 3D support and professional control capabilities, the G62-W14 integrates seamlessly into modern AV environments.

The Barco G62 Series expands Barco's single-chip DLP portfolio with powerful installation projectors designed for professional applications. The platform has been developed for system integrators requiring high brightness, extensive installation flexibility and dependable long-term performance in a compact form factor.In addition to its compact design, the series offers professional features including motorised lenses, integrated warp & blend functionality, Constant Light Output (CLO) and a wide lens shift range. This makes the G62-W14 equally suitable for new installations and projection system upgrades.

Laser projection with native WUXGA resolution

Delivering 11,500 ANSI lumens (13,600 ISO lumens) and native WUXGA resolution, the Barco G62-W14 produces sharp, high-contrast images for professional projection applications. Single-chip DLP technology provides excellent image uniformity of 90%, while the laser phosphor light source offers an operational lifetime of up to 20,000 hours.The sealed DLP optical engine protects internal optical components against dust, helping maintain consistent image quality throughout the projector's service life. Constant Light Output continuously regulates brightness for long-term consistency, while the dynamic contrast ratio of up to 6,000:1 and Barco Extreme Black technology delivering up to 750,000:1 further enhance image depth and detail.

Flexible interchangeable lens platform

The Barco G62-W14 is supplied as Body Only without a projection lens. A comprehensive range of G Series lenses covering throw ratios from 0.36:1 to 5.50:1 allows the projector to be adapted to virtually any installation environment.All available lenses feature motorised zoom, focus and lens shift. Depending on the selected lens, vertical lens shift is available up to 100%, while horizontal lens shift reaches up to 30%. Projection distance is approximately calculated as image width x throw ratio.

Professional installation tools

Integrated warp & blend functionality allows complex projection surfaces to be configured directly using the Barco Projector Toolset. Additional image optimisation is provided through HSG colour correction and keystone adjustment for precise installation.Projector configuration and management are handled through Barco Projector Toolset and the Barco Insight Management Suite. Support for Crestron, PJ-Link, AMX, Extron, Telnet and browser-based control enables seamless integration into professional AV control systems.

Advanced signal processing and connectivity

The Barco G62-W14 supports input signals up to 4K UHD at 60 Hz and scales them to its native WUXGA resolution. Connectivity includes dual HDMI 2.0 inputs, DVI-D, HDBaseT, 3G-SDI and 3D Sync, providing excellent compatibility with professional AV signal infrastructures.LAN, RS232, USB and wired remote interfaces allow straightforward integration into both standalone installations and larger networked AV systems.

Compact design for professional AV installations

With dimensions of 529 x 484 x 195 mm (without feet) and a weight of 22.7 kg without a lens, the Barco G62-W14 combines high brightness with a compact installation platform.
