You will become part of an experienced team that is highly motivated and passionate about giving video technology a "second life". Our idea may sound simple, but it is unique.

Your responsibilities:
- Handling customer inquiries (by phone, email, in person, at trade fairs, events, festivals) for the rental and sale of professional video projectors – from consultation to delivery & invoicing (creating offers, order confirmations, invoices), including coordination with our logistics team as well as after-sales support and assistance with rental issues or emergencies.
- Careful maintenance of internal ERP & CRM systems and ensuring they are always up to date
- Written, telephone, and face-to-face customer acquisition – including theaters, immersive spaces, event locations, event companies, rental firms, etc.
- Customer visits & on-site support across Europe
- Sales activities (trade shows)
- Receiving, processing, and implementing inquiries and orders within the merchandise management system / ERP (Vario) and CRM (Hubspot)
- Supporting customers and business partners online (email, chat & video conferencing), by phone, or in person at our office or theirs
You’re our ideal colleague if you:
- Have experience in theater production, video mapping, video projection and/or event technology
- Enjoy advising, selling, and renting out video and projection technology
- Are ambitious, committed, and reliable
- Have excellent German skills and speak fluent English
- Look forward to meeting customers, suppliers, and partners in person and are motivated by the opportunity to travel internationally
- Like to work independently and in a structured manner
- Have a friendly demeanor and a team-oriented mindset
- Are tech-savvy and proficient in at least standard software
