The Christie GS 0.95-1.22:1 is a variable wide-angle zoom for Christie GS-series projectors. With the ratio 0.95-1.22:1 you achieve large image widths from a short throw distance. For planning: throw distance ≈ image width x ratio. Via the GS interface, zoom, focus, and Lens-Shift are motorized, the lens position can be stored in the projector and recalled reproducibly. Ideal for setups that frequently change or require precise stacking/blending.
As a wide-angle, the lens provides noticeable flexibility in placement close to the image plane, without sacrificing clean edge and surface rendering. The combination of short throw ratio, motorized adjustment, and memory function speeds up commissioning and later recalibrations during operation.
