The Appotronics AL-SU25KAP is a professional Large-Venue 1-Chip DLP Laser projector with ALPD 5.0 RGBX Full-Color Laser Technology, 25,000 ANSI-Lumen brightness and native WUXGA resolution (1,920 x 1,200). As the most powerful WUXGA model in the Appotronics S Pro Series, the projector combines high light output, expanded color gamut, professional installation features and a robust Optical Engine for demanding projection environments. The platform has been designed for large-format projections in museums, immersive experience spaces, architectural projections, simulations, Corporate Experience Centers as well as professional event and rental applications.

ALPD 5.0 RGBX Full-Color Laser Technology

The Appotronics S Pro Series uses the company’s own ALPD 5.0 RGBX Full-Color Laser Technology. The light source combines high brightness with an expanded color reproduction and has been specifically developed for professional projection applications. With a color gamut coverage of up to 120 % Rec.709, up to 100 % DCI-P3 and up to 90 % BT.2020, the platform supports differentiated and natural color rendering across a wide range of applications. This makes the AL-SU25KAP particularly suitable for high-quality visualization, immersive installations, digital exhibitions and architectural projections.

25,000 ANSI-Lumen for demanding Large-Venue projects

With 25,000 ANSI-Lumen, the AL-SU25KAP has been designed for applications requiring large image areas and high brightness reserves. The platform supports bright and uniform projection even on large-format screens and projection surfaces. Typical use cases include auditoriums, exhibitions, museums, event locations, Corporate Experience Centers, as well as professional media and architecture projects.

Native WUXGA resolution for professional projections

The native WUXGA resolution of 1,920 x 1,200 pixels provides a 16:10 image aspect ratio and is suitable for professional media and visualization applications. In combination with the high brightness and the expanded color gamut, this creates a projection platform that is suitable for both single projections and complex multi-projector systems.

High image quality for large-format projections

The S Pro platform achieves an image uniformity of at least 95% and thereby supports uniform illumination across the entire projection area. This is complemented by a native contrast of at least 1,600:1 as well as a Full On/Off contrast of at least 100,000:1. The integrated HDR processing also supports differentiated rendering of high-contrast content.

Flexible installation platform with nine interchangeable lenses

For different projection requirements the AL-SU25KAP supports nine interchangeable lenses with ratios from 0.36:1 to 6.84:1. This enables the platform to be used for ultra-short-throw projections as well as long-throw distances. The motorized Lens Shift supports vertical ±50% and horizontal ±20%. In addition, portrait mode, 360° installation and flexible projector orientations are supported for professional integration projects. Throw distance is approximately image width x ratio.

Professional geometry and mapping features

For complex projection scenarios the platform supports Edge Blending, Curved Surface Correction, as well as geometry correction with up to 33 x 33 control points. This makes the AL-SU25KAP suitable for Projection Mapping, immersive spaces, architectural projections and large-area multi-projector installations. The high color and brightness consistency supports homogeneous projection results across multiple projectors.

IP5X Optical Engine for professional continuous operation

The fully sealed Optical Engine with IP5X protection reduces dust ingress and supports long-term stable projection results. The ALPD 5.0 RGBX light source is rated for up to 20,000 hours of operation and designed for professional permanent installations as well as demanding rental applications. This makes the platform suitable for environments with high reliability and operational safety requirements.

APCS Network Management and System Integration

Through the Appotronics Control Software (APCS) the projector supports centralized network management, device monitoring, remote maintenance, and remote configuration. For professional integration, HDMI, HDBaseT, LAN, RS232 and other professional control interfaces are available. This enables the AL-SU25KAP to be flexibly integrated into modern AV and media control systems.
