Appotronics AL-SK20KAP-Neuware

The Appotronics AL-SK20KAP is a professional large venue laser projector from the S Pro Series featuring ALPD 5.0 RGBX Full-Color Laser technology, 20,000 ANSI lumens and 4K+ image output (3,840 x 2,400). A fully sealed IP5X optical engine, a light source lifetime of up to 20,000 hours and support for nine interchangeable lenses make the system suitable for demanding installations requiring high image quality, color performance and installation flexibility. The projector is supplied as Body Only and requires a separately available lens.

ALPD 5.0 RGBX Full-Color Laser Technology

The AL-SK20KAP is based on Appotronics ALPD 5.0 RGBX Full-Color Laser technology. The light source combines RGB laser and phosphor technologies and delivers an extended color gamut of up to 120% Rec.709, up to 100% DCI-P3 and up to 90% BT.2020. This enables accurate reproduction of highly saturated colors and wide-gamut content. The technology is designed for professional applications where color accuracy, image consistency and high brightness are equally important.

High Brightness and Image Performance

With 20,000 ANSI lumens and a 4K+ image output of 3,840 x 2,400 pixels, the AL-SK20KAP delivers detailed projection performance on large screens. Brightness uniformity of at least 95% supports consistent illumination across the entire image. A native contrast ratio of at least 1,600:1 contributes to precise differentiation between bright and dark image areas. HDR10 is also supported for compatible content sources.

Wide Color Gamut and Image Consistency

The S Pro Series is designed for applications requiring stable color reproduction and repeatable image quality. In addition to its wide color gamut, the projector provides a red ratio exceeding 22%, supporting balanced and differentiated color rendering. Combined with high brightness uniformity, this contributes to a consistent image across the projection surface.

Flexible Lens Platform

The AL-SK20KAP supports nine interchangeable lenses with throw ratios ranging from 0.36:1 to 6.84:1. This allows the system to be adapted to a wide range of projection distances and installation requirements. The available lenses cover applications from ultra-short throw to telephoto projection, enabling a consistent platform approach across different projects.

360° Installation and Geometric Correction

The projector supports unrestricted 360° installation for integration into complex projection environments. Horizontal and vertical edge blending are supported alongside advanced geometric correction tools including keystone correction, corner correction, curved surface correction and multi-point geometric correction with up to 33 x 33 control points.

Sealed IP5X Optical Engine

The fully sealed IP5X optical engine protects internal optical components from dust ingress and supports long-term operational stability. The multi-laser module architecture contributes to consistent brightness and image quality throughout the specified light source lifetime of up to 20,000 hours.

APCS Network Management

APCS (Appotronics Projector Control System) provides centralized monitoring and management capabilities. The platform supports automatic device discovery, real-time status monitoring, scheduling functions, firmware updates and configuration management, helping simplify administration of larger projector installations.

Connectivity and System Integration

Professional integration options include HDMI, DVI, HDBaseT, RS232 and RJ45 interfaces. Dual HDMI inputs support automatic backup signal switching if the primary source is interrupted. Additional interfaces are available for 3D synchronization, multi-sync applications and external control functions.
